It's hidden behind a lot of trees, but its on the west side of I-35 just south of the turn to Walmart. The restaurant is stressed because of this lack of visibility, but it is open and also collaborates with "Pardon My Cheesecake." That is, you can order your cheesecake on line and IHOP physically provides the goods for the delivery folks. A full pancake and breakfast menu is here. Its's a really nice building, secluded even. Rumor has it that efforts are underway to improve its visibility.
